1. ZERO-TRUST ARCHITECTURE
All commercial assessments, financial telemetry, and diligence engagements are conducted within isolated, encrypted cloud environments. We enforce multi-factor authentication, role-based access control, and zero-trust perimeter defense across all analytical workflows. Active edge network routing and strict cryptographic protocols ensure data is encrypted both at rest and in transit.
2. NON-DISCLOSURE & MUTUAL PROTECTION
DataLord executes comprehensive Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to accessing any client data rooms or proprietary systems. Client identities, underlying transaction metrics, and proprietary pricing logic remain strictly confidential and are isolated from external network exposure.
3. DATA RETENTION & DESTRUCTION
Engagement artifacts, raw transaction logs, and commercial modeling outputs are purged from staging environments upon formal project handover. We employ secure destruction protocols for all temporary datasets, unless ongoing telemetry maintenance is explicitly contracted under an active Master Services Agreement (MSA).
